Applications:
SUPPYE Series Vacuum Lifter is used for loading & unloading of various processing machines,such as laser cutting machine,plasma cutting machine,and shearing machine.It's suitable for flat plates such as aluminum plates,stainless steel plates,titanium plates and composite plates. The MAX load capacity is 2000KG.
Features:

1. Energy saving and environmentally,no pollutant. Easy to operate with high working efficiency.
2. Adjustable pads position,each pad with a manual ball valve to control opening and closing,easy to handle with different sizes plates.
3. Sucker rod is equipped with double spring up and down. When the plate is uneven,the spring plays a cushioning role to make the sucker's force uniform,so as to ensure the safety and reliably of the suction crane
4. The ends of main beam are sealed by plate welding,used as vacuum gas storage tank. When the equipment is suddenly shut down,it's guaranteed that the plate can be reliable absorbed  for at least 20mins without causing safety accidents.
5. Original PANASONIC Vacuum Pressure Switch,and assemble high sensitivity buzzer alarm unit. If don't reach the set pressure,then light up the red light to prompt operator to dispose in time.
