1.Purpose - carrying of towing operations
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE EQUIPEMNT
2.1 Purpose - providing pull-towing operations of docks, ships, barges and floating technical means with TOW 50 kN.
2.2 Installation - on the open deck of general climatic marine execution according to GOST15150-86, center line of tug boat ;
2.3 Version of explosion protection - non-explosion-proof;
2.4 Hook construction - quick release, disc type, with shock-absorber, manual and pneumatic recoil of towing rope, with roller for horizontal movement on the deck.
2.5 Automation - no;
2.6 Nominal pull on hook, TOW 50 kN;
2.7 Test load (not lower) - 100 kN (2xTOW);
2.8 Limit load of shock-absorber - 520 kN (1,3xTOW)
2.9 Construction of shock-absorber - spring, in closed position;
2.10 Range of load of towing hook release - from 0 kN up to 1460 kN (at any angle of hook deviation);
2.11 Deviation angle of towing hook in horizon - not lower than ±46º relating to central line of tug boat;
2.12 Deviation angle of towing hook downwards in vertical - 0º;
2.13 Deviation angle of towing hook upwards in vertical - 25º;
2.14 Towing rope (not included in scope of supply) is used in the project (for reference):
a) type - steel 61--1-160(1570) GOST 3083-80, built-in support with two eyes;
b) diameter, mm - 61;
c) breaking force of rope, kN -1460;
d) length, m - 150;
e) weight of towing hook assembled with all accessory equipment - not more than 1600 kg;
2.15 Control - electric hydraulic control:
- Three control posts:
- local manual of rope recoil - installed on hook;
- local hydraulic post of rope recoil - electric button of valve control (power supply 24 V, IP 56, button protection from unauthorized pressing shall be provided). Installation on open deck, near the towing hook - 1 pc;
- remote - hydraulic recoil - electric button of hook control (power supply 24V, IP22, button protection from unauthorized pressing shall be provided). It shall be built in the control console in the wheelhouse. - 1 pc.
- Block of electric hydraulic remote control shall be provided for unit under the deck, with electric equipment with protection level not lower than IP 44 (24 V);
- All hydraulic equipment shall be supplied with counter-connections.
- For connection of hydraulic equipment of towing hook to the ship's pipeline with pressure 0,16 MPa, it is necessary to in include into scope of supply flexible hoses with counter connections, length and quantity sufficient for connection;
- System of hydraulic hook shall be calculated for operation with hydraulic oil -10A in accordance with 38.401-58-3637-2003 and with its analogs, in accordance with list of fuel and lubricating materials of hook.
2.16 Protection of equipment surfaces:
- Hook and its accessory parts shall be supplied fully painted. Thickness of lacquer-and-painting coating shall be not less than 250-300 mcm (not less than 3 layers).
Color of final layer of towing hook - is RAL7035 (grey).
Final color of equipment, installed in ship's rooms separately from hook is determined by supplier-company and coordinated with design bureau and shipyard;
Service life time of lacquer-and-painting coating shall be not less than 6-8 years;
- All moving parts shall have nipples of 1/8'' type for lubrication made of corrosion-resistant steel;
2.17 Distinctive nameplates for equipment shall have inscriptions in Russian.
2.18 Rules of designing - towing hook shall correspond the requirement of "Rules for the Classification and Construction of Sea-Going Ships" Russian Maritime Register of Shipping dated 2018.
3. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
- towing hook (in accordance with p. 2) - 1 pc;
- block of electric hydraulic remote control (in accordance with p.2.15), - 1 pc;
- Posts of hook control:
a) local manual - on hook - 1 pc;
b) local hydraulic - 1 pc;
c) remote - built in the control console in the wheelhouse - 1 pc;
- hoses and fittings for hydraulic system - 1 set.
- casing of repellent material - 1 pc. for hook and 1 pc. for control console;
- single spare parts kit and non-standard (special) instrument in accordance with p.4 - 1 set;
- RS certificated for towing hook and accessory equipment in accordance with p.5 - 5 sets;
- certificates of manufacturer's quality for equipment in accordance with p.5 - 5 sets.
- operational documentation in accordance with p.5 - 5 sets;
- list of fuel and lubrication material - 5 sets
- technical documentation in accordance with p. 6.
4. SPARE PARTS, TOOLS AND INSTRUMENTS
Spare parts, tools and instruments (spare parts kit) must be supplied together with the equipment in the amount determined by the supplier-company, but not less than required by RS rules. Spare parts kit items shall have appropriate marking in Russian.
