Hose reel pipe Winches are used to pump water on offshore platforms, using winches to pay submersible pumps, from submersible pumps to hoses that transport seawater to the platform. When working, the pump can be winched according to the need for non-stopping. The electric lifting winch is responsible for lifting when the submersible pump set and hose are pulled in and out of the winch pulls in the submersible pump and hose, the storage drum rolls up the storage hose, and when the lifting winch extends the submersible pump and hose, the storage drum releases the hose at the same time.
This winch is driven by electric motor and consists of electric lifting winch/storage drum consisting of reducer and cotter gear/storage drum unit/wire slip ring/water slip ring/guide roller/frame base etc.

Said winch comprises: a base, a bracket mounted on said base, a pipe storage drum rotatably mounted on said bracket, a power source for driving said pipe storage drum to rotate, a flow-through part connected to a tank and a discharge pipe device, said discharge pipe device being rotatably connected to said bracket on both sides, said winch further comprising a drive assembly for driving said discharge pipe device to rotate, said drive assembly being mounted on said said winch further comprises a drive assembly for driving said pipe discharge device, said drive assembly being mounted on said stand, the drive end of said drive assembly being connected to said pipe discharge device. The present invention can be rotated up and down around the bracket by the discharge pipe device, thus making it possible to lower the discharge pipe device when it is idle by the drive assembly to separate it from the hose, thus solving the problem of shortening the service life of the hose winch equipment due to the hose pulling the discharge pipe device under harsh environment, and at the same time, saving space because the discharge pipe device is set on the hose winch.
